Rare find: A trio of cute antique porcelain bowls / serving bowls from the Limosa Sainte Foy manufactory, Rhone, France, 1930s, decorated with the popular cornflower pattern in decal technique. A bit of the history of this factory: the Garat factory was founded in 1860 by the Marquis de Fenoil in the town of Santa Foy, and initially employed the employees of the Limoges Porcelain Manufactories, who organized a successful business for the production of tableware, products for pharmacists, as well as telegraph and electrical insulators. In 1930, the factory was named Limosa, and in 1960 the factory was closed and its ovens were destroyed.
So the bowls are quite unique.
