I present to your attention my favorite lot in my collection:Antique c1890s five tea/coffee pairs made of porcelain, light and thinnest as an eggshell. The items do not have a trademark, but according to an expert friend who held thousands of antique porcelain in her hands, these exquisite curved lines and hand gilding with dry brush and mastic, patterning, porcelain quality were inherent in the best artists of Limoges manufactures stylists and designers. The style of the 1890s is also evident. The handles of the cups, made in the form of graceful ribbons, are very unusual, and the pattern on the saucers also corresponds to them. Look at this set and you will see three shades of gold.
On the cups and saucers there are traces of existence in the form of a partial descent of gilding, more heavy on some than others but you can see for sure they have been used but loved.
