Without wanting to state the obvious All items for sale are Vintage/Antique pieces. they have been sourced from lived in homes in France and Europe,obviously over the years have signs of use.

We always mention anything that stands out and list items with pictures showing flaws chips worn material etc.
  We really want you to be happy with your purchases when they arrive,so if you need more info regarding any of the pieces please feel free to contact us.

Smaller items sent by post worldwide,  lighting,chandeliers etc are all sent tracked and insured and will need to be signed for by yourselves, If for any reason the package looks damaged when it arrives you must open it in front of the courier and turn the package away do not accept it!!.for any damage etc please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the defective product.

DUTIES AND TAXES

    When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
    Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
    Berrybrocante does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
    The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.
By placing an international order (shipping outside of Europe), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

    If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to France, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Berrybrocante.


 DELIVERY TIMING

If you require products delivered by a certain date, please email sales@berrybrocante.com to verify the details. Berrybrocante does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery outside of France for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance and we will arrange it for you.

SHIPPING TERMS

    Berrybrocante is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
    Berrybrocante cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
    Berrybrocante is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.

Lay away plans and storage

Where an item has been stored at the customers request and a deposit has been paid,storage Is for a maximum of 2 months unless otherwise agreed, non payment or cancellation of an item will be subject to a 20% restocking charge,all other monies will be refunded with no quibble so long as contact has been made and the problem is a genuine one..

If we can not make contact the item will be re advertised and all monies paid will be forfeited.
