A rare and remarkable item – a very heavy and beautiful crystal ashtray from the renowned French manufacturer Baccarat, crafted in the shape of a mortar and pestle with a beautiful cut. If you don't smoke (like me), I imagine this could be used for grinding spices, just like a normal mortar and pestle.
In any case, this beautiful piece will enhance any interior.
The bottom features a signature acid-etched stamp with the Baccarat inscription. The pistil also has the same markings.
The item is in very good condition, with no chips, cracks, or visible scratches.
